I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of adults (18+) living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder,  OCD, and ADHD. My approach is integrative—blending nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and medication management into a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I recognize that your lived experience is unlike anyone else’s, and your comfort, values, and voice will guide our work together.
